Named for a city just outside of Rome, Tivoli luxury vinyl tile is a lavish, softer stone design that emulates the look of travertine, a material found in the quarries of Italy. Reminiscent of the elements used to build ancient structures and monuments, Tivoli’s neutral colors and hints of metallic make the perfect canvas for today’s bold accents. HardCore’s Tivoli maintains the durability Parterre is known for, while also achieving a universal look of luxury.

Q. What kind of projects is LVT good for?
Parterre luxury vinyl tile (LVT) is ideal for interior, commercial applications and include the following industries: corporate, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, multi-family, and sport.
Q. Can I customize a current flooring design to fit my installation?
Yes. Our manufacturing method allows us to make variations to our products. Choose among different patterns, colors, textures, shapes, thicknesses and embossing to create an ideal design.
Q. What is the best kind of adhesive for my project?
Before choosing an adhesive, it is important to understand the need for flexibility in removing product for future replacements or repairs, or the concern of indentations and traffic lines due to heavy equipment and traffic.
- Parterre Universal Adhesive is a general pressure sensitive adhesive with ColorReady™ technology that will provide flexibility in future repairs and replacements; it has an RH level of up to 99% in new construction and up to 95% in pre-existing buildings. This adhesive is also recommended for the perimeter adhesive when installing Parterre 5mm Loose Lay.
- Parterre Adhesive #539P is a hard-set acrylic and has excellent resistance to plasticizer migration. It sets to a tough, permanent bond and will not displace easily if installed properly.
- Parterre’s Royal Epoxy Adhesive is appropriate for spaces that have heavy equipment or furnishings. Its cures slowly once installed and sets to a firm, unbreakable bond.
- Parterre Lateral™ Adhesive is ideal for installing luxury vinyl on wall applications (roller-applied), particularly Class A fire rated 2mm Avara products. Fast drying, it can also be used for flooring in light commercial or residential installations such as multi-family units.
Additional adhesives are also available to order for projects including Resolute, SoundLevel and Spray-Lock FRP.

20 Year Commercial Warranty: Parterre Flooring Systems warrants all regular line products against manufacturing and material defects within generally accepted standards of the commercial flooring industry, provided that Parterre’s prescribed adhesives, prescribed installation and prescribed maintenance instructions have been followed.
